They don’t answer the phone. When they do, they give you an excuse for why they have to call you back and then turn around and never call you back.

Had a flat tire and managed to actually drive to the shop. I was within a mile. It was 6:00AM and raining. Didn’t even have to get out of the car. Amazing service and very reasonably priced. Thank you Budrow!!

Dishonest and rude. Was stuck off the side of the highway with a frozen caliper with my wife and kids. We were driving to Florida from Maine. Called Atlas who is 9 minutes away and they said they would come to me with the part I needed in 25 to 30 mins. Waited 40 mins before calling. Guy said he was just leaving. 25 mins later called and they said he was grabbing tools then coming. 20 mins later they said he was just leaving. 25 mins later he was on the way. I unfortunately had a blowout and was driving on a spare when I came across Atlas at 6:30 on a Sunday. Everyone was super nice and helpful. They were able to put a new tire on my rim at a very reasonable price.Their 24 hours service is amazing. I highly recommend coming here.
