My plastic piece on the bottom of the car was dragging while I was driving. I pulled in at a very busy time and atlas auto works got me in and out within minutes. I appreciate the courtesy and kindness and patience they showed and displayed during a very busy time for them. I will definitely be back for any maintenance work just because of the pure kindness and patience they showed

I've taken my car here twice for inspections. The first time they found play in a bearing, replaced the bearing and saved me from having a failure while driving. The second time I was in and out in 30 minutes. Good location and honest work. Hard to beat that. My only gripe is the Kyle Busch interstate batteries Camry they have on the wall in the waiting room 😅.
My pregnant wife and I had our car towed here after our alternator had failed on the highway without calling ahead, as by the time our car broke down, all shops were closed. We are not from the area and live about 5 hours away in New Jersey, and were driving home from our vacation, so we were stuck and stranded in Richmond until the car was taken care of.
