Usually i don't write negative reviews but this time i will..The agency charged me renewal fee $70 again..when i walked in to renew my policy.. The company "Venture " they are dealing with is total mess..Looks like Venture and this agency got a different information. When i called the manager and asked why was the fees -she said because we are alowed to charge it..Every time i renew the policy rhey alowed to charge the fees?????What crap is that?Anyways,i am not going with this agency anymore and advice everyone not to
