Good customer service .
While working on the car, they left the keys in the seat and the door wide open. Someone walked buy and stole the keys. When I told the technician that he had a responsibility to keep by my keys secure in his possession, he said he had nothing to do with it and became belligerent. When I refused to pay until we had come to an agreement on the key situation, he cursed me, got up in my face and THREATENED ME WITH A HAMMER.
