We contacted Atlas Appraisal recently as we purchased a new home and were in need of an appraisal. We could not be more pleased with the service we received. The appraiser was extremely professional, polite, prompt and responsive to our needs. We feel the appraisal was right on target, we will most definitely use their service again if the need arises.
I had an appraisal performed by ATLAS that came in 30k less than the property appraised for 2 years prior. The neighbors houses were all selling for 130-150k that were comparable. During this same time frame I had another property appraisal 2 miles down the road that appraised for 40k higher than it did the previous 2 years.
