If I could leave a zero star I would. This is by far the worst transportation company ever. They are always late and lack communication skills. Peter the "supervisor" should be fired and a more qualified/administrated person should be in charge.He would not give me the name and number if someone higher so I could file a complaint. Claimed he wasn't allowed to give out that information. This is far from quality of care, these are sick and elderly people and they show they do not care.

A STAR BECAUSE IT DIDN'T ALLOWED ME TO DO NONE.. AN HOUR LATE FOR PICK TO THE DOCTOR AND TWO OURS LATE FOR DROP OFF.. THEIR EXCUSE SHORT OF DRIVERS SO WHY TAKE THE WORK.. LEFT ELDERLY WHEELBOUND OUTSIDE IN THE COLD....

Used them 3 weeks ago to drive my dad to doctor's office. The pick up was fine, except the driver had to stop by to pick up another person. Called them after was done with appointment; was told they call me back in few minutes (to find out when the car will arrive). Waited at least 25 min, nobody calls. Called back twice, they didn't pick up. Called from different number, they picked up right away. Told operator who I was and why no one called back, he told me this is not my number.
