Terrible customer service. Their monitoring system employees are lazy and don't want to offer any help or support during emergencies
I’m with the company for 13 years and they screw me over by calling the fire department when I tell them not to. The things get worse from there because they not taking responsibility for their actions. I have to pay the fire department with my own pocket money. I will said if you want to choose this company beware of the staff screw you over.
Terrible customer service. Got bought out by another alarm company. Never heard from them again until I got a collection notice in the mail.
