This company is the only company that bothered to call back. I understand that during the July 4th week it was brutal hot over 100 degrees daily… AC capacitor blew out but didn’t know until I tried to fix it myself. As expected there were so many people calling in with problems, but yet Kevin was the only one that answered my phone call and then promptly called me back. This is a company where Customer Service is a priority and will give any future work to this company.
Amazing company! They were able to replace our ac/heating unit that suddenly stopped working in less than 48 hours. The team was prompt and efficient, and they left the area in good condition. Sean was friendly, informative, and really came through for us. Prices were reasonable and straightforward. Atlas Air is definitely our go-to company for HVAC maintenance now.
Atlas is the very best in the business. We’ve used them for decades and never a problem. They’re honest, reliable and dependable. Owner Kevin and his crew are top notch!

I just had an issue with my furnace water pump and the office immediately responded..The technician Carlos was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and detailed. Atlas Air Masters was recommended by someone who lives in our complex who has been using them for years. I scheduled an appointment to have our HVAC serviced for the winter. Carlos their technician did an absolutely amazing job!
