Rude, argumentative, and completely unhelpful. The owner Frank showed no willingness to listen or resolve the issue, and instead made the situation worse with his attitude. Easily the worst business experience I’ve ever had and I would not recommend this business to anyone. Not even worthy of one star.
Needed some suspension airbags fitted. Kat and the team were great, so helpful in the process. Highly recommend them in Mount Isa.

We went into ARB Mt Isa yesterday as we have been travelling. About 4 weeks ago we lost 3 of the 4 sensors in the front bullbar. We tried to get assistance in Cairns and Mareeba but was told there would be a 2 month wait. ARB fitted us in this morning and it took the guy just over an hour to fix the problem. The service from this business was amazing from the time we walked in until we left, and we can't thank you enough. We are again happy travellers.
