Stop cold calling people, if you want customers just do a good job. Contacting people whom have never contacted yourselves before is a bad marketing plan, asking personal questions is also unethical, the world is full of scam artists and your company accessing contact information through disingenuous and illegal contact lists is opening yourselves up to an ACCC complaint. Just stop.
Gets a 1 star from me until they fix it up. 2 days late. Overcharged on my credit card, only a small amount, but still overcharged. Didn't do the full treatment.
Sounded good but average at best. One salesman said one thing then they turn up and do another and then say some of the prices he quoted were incorrect. Bit of bad communication for my job.
Had a very pleasant and professional experience with atlas 1 pest management. They did a fantastic job and it was a pleasure to deal with them.
