Atlas 1 have always been prompt and have great communication, both with the onsite technicians and accounts department. I cannot fault their service.
Very friendly and very professional
Unfortunately, this is the company that my neighbour used today to spray the outside of her house and fences. I was outside in my enclosed back year with my baby grandson when I heard what I thought was pressure cleaning. It was an Atlas 1 Pest Management technician spraying poison just metres away from the baby and me. When I spoke to the technician, he said he had heard my baby grandson playing in my backyard and me talking to him, and said he didn't spray just next to us. Terrible interaction with the high pressure salesman "Raymond Stegenga". He grossly exaggerated the situation. The tone of his voice coupled his fast, pushy and well rehearsed sales pitch helped me to see straight through him. I called a premature end to the inspection and my wife and I told him to go but he wouldn't leave when asked to . I literally had to threaten to chuck him out of the door in order to get him to leave as he stood unbudging in the hallway of our home.
