Built a home in 2025. Property tax was included. Got a notice of a balance so I called Atlantis and I was told I would be responsible for covering the balance because the tax rates weren’t available from the county at the time of appraisal so they “guessed” the cost and sent that amount to the tax office. They didn’t offer to cover the balance , pay half, NOTHING! 0/10 recommend!

I can’t say enough about Atlantis title. As a mortgage broker it isn’t easy finding amazing, responsive, transparent, and like minded people. Atlantis is 1 of 1 and I use them for all my purchase and refinance needs. They go above and beyond on every file and are seriously the fastest to get it done. This company is so incredibly kind and helpful. When you call them the woman who answers is truly so happy to help, wants to understand your problem, and takes the time out of her day to do whatever she can- or just offer you information and advice. I never thought my title company would be so kind but I am so grateful to have used Atlantis.
