Firstly, the back pool is amazing!! Impeccably maintained, perfect temp, and compared to other community pools, the water is much less harsh on skin and hair. They have a convenient and pretty kayak launch area, pictured. The complex’s curb appeal is underwhelming and basic, though no complaints due to price and ability to rent monthly. Can’t comment on soundproofing or laundry room, as surrounding units are vacant and don’t use on-site laundry. I do highly recommend drinking bottled water.
