I’m leaving this review as the business owner of Patriot Restoration, a damage restoration company. Kyle referred my company to a water damage loss. It’s very rare when you see a business that will give up work to keep their customers from waiting in times of need. I spoke to Kyle for awhile on the phone. Being in the business for 16 years, I can tell that he cares about the job being done right! Super nice guy!
Kyle was our service tech and he was excellent, kind and thorough! Explained everything really well!!
Great experience. Kyle came out quickly to help with a time sensitive water issue and gave great tips on what to do moving forward. He was super friendly and followed up with an email with everything we talked about. Would recommend!
Kyle was great! He was available to provide us a quote within a day of our request. He arrived around our busy schedule promptly. He provided a thorough assessment of our mold issue in our basement and explained the whole process. He got a quote to us within 48h and was avail to schedule a start date immediately. He even offered us a healthcare worker discount, which was so generous. We will definitely reach out for any future environmental/restoration needs!
