Geoff went above and beyond to help me organise the repairs needed for my pool. He made the entire process stress free and easy. The items arrived quickly, the cost was much less than I expected and communication was amazing. Bought a pump and filter last August from them. Steve who installed it was a champion. But, Its now not pumping even with half the power. Tried calling 6 times to their office number and 1300 number. No answer. Stay right away from this company if they are not already closed.
We have installed pools for Atlantis - you've got to look at all the quality inclusions they put in with their pool packages. We generally have charge customers who purchase pools elsewhere another $900 because of the bits and pieces missing that Atlantis Pools include as standard. All the plumbing, PVC Pipe fittings and extra rubber gaskets along with the far better filtration systems makes our life as installers much easier - its just works better and is easier for the customers and installers.
