We recently rented a house in sandbridge Virginia with a pool. The motor which needs to run for the pool to be able to filter was so loud - we couldn’t have a conversation at the pool due to the noise. We contacted our rental company who told us to turn off the motor. The next morning the water level was still low and the pool was getting gross. Had them put in a vinyl saltwater pool a few years ago and have been using them since to open and close the pool. Pool installation went well overall (as far as major construction goes it was pretty good, I've had much worse). My water main was broken in the process by the dirt (for back fill) company dumping a mound of dirt on top of it. Atlantis worked with us and the water company (there was also a break on their side because of it) to eventually get this fixed, no charge (albeit a bit of stress).
