Extremely happy with our new pool! Ben and his team went above and beyond every step of the way. Phoebe was a great point of contact and promptly responded to any questions we had. Highly recommend!
Had them put in a vinyl saltwater pool a few years ago and have been using them since to open and close the pool. Pool installation went well overall (as far as major construction goes it was pretty good, I've had much worse). My water main was broken in the process by the dirt (for back fill) company dumping a mound of dirt on top of it. Atlantis worked with us and the water company (there was also a break on their side because of it) to eventually get this fixed, no charge (albeit a bit of stress). This review is long overdue. We’ve had our pool installed for 3 years now and have been thoroughly enjoying it. I highly recommend Atlantis Pools. They have great onsite teams as well as top notch customer service (thanks Phoebe!). We’re so happy with Atlantis Pools that we continue to use them for all our pool needs. We are extremely satisfied customers!
We dreamed of making our backyard an oasis and took the time to design and solicit proposals from various pool, patio, and landscaping companies. When it came to the pool, Atlantis came highly recommended by trusted neighbors but also offered better value and quality compared to the other companies. It has been a pleasure to communicate with Phoebe (office manager), Ben (owner), and the team (Josh, Jon, etc.) all along the process.
