Unfortunately, I have to report that I am really disappointed with the behavior of this company. This is what happened: While I was out (I normally work from home) and my husband was at work, a worker parked backwards in my parking spot with a ladder on top of the van and backed towards my garage, damaging the metal garage door. My son witnessed this, and a neighbor saw the van parked there. The garage door still works but it makes a terrible noise since the metal pieces no longer align properly.
