We bought a house with a pool two years ago and ever since we moved in we had problems with our pool. When we finally did find someone to replace our liner that company ended up damaging our pool and installing the liner with wrinkles and our pool was leaking. Atlantis has been caring for my pool for the last 3 years and the team has been incredibly responsive, helpful and always looking out for ways to improve my pool function without breaking the bank. They are super thoughtful and even adjust schedules when I have events to ensure the pool is always looking its best when I need it to! Rene, Enid and Berto feel like family and are super pleasant to work with.
I have been with Atlantis Pool for about 8 years. In that time, they’ve done great work for us; changed liner, built a new jet line, patched up holes, installed and serviced my pool heater and have always supported us with all summer and winterization pool needs. When something needs repair, I appreciate that they provide options such as buying used parts, unlike other pool companies which have only offered me one option; “buy a whole new one”.
