Staff are friendly and seem knowledgable. Low rating is more related to trust. I believe expectations from local companies is to create a solid working relationship where the customer receives their goods / services in exchange for a reasonable and honest reimbursement to the company. Driving back from a vacation in the west 6/16/24 the driver of this company vehicle was one of the worst drivers we encountered over 1000 miles.. What a poor representation of this company. I would never take my business to this group if this is the best they can do.

I just wanted to give a shout out to Macy and all of the staff at Atlantis pools!!!!! This year has been the most frustrating year to open my pool ever. Macy must have answered the phone 9, who am I kidding, a hundred times to answer questions and help out. I highly recommend their services, friendly staff and great advice.

We have always had such a good experience with Atlantis Pools. From the pool install almost 10 years ago to the seasonal maintenance since then…everything has gone so well. They are responsive and professional and fair priced. There are a lot of choices out there for pool companies to work with but we would 100% recommend Atlantis!
