We found Paul and Kylie gave us fantastic service never let us down allways helpful with great advice that suits our pool always prompt service and very fair prices Highly recomend this shop
The team at Atlantis pool shop have been looking after our pool for over 7 years now. Highly recommend! From testing the water, our monthly clean and installation of additional equipment it’s been a breeze. They are always ready to answer questions and give great advice. Love the new big premises too! Extremely poor customer service. I bought an item, didn’t use it at all, and returned it in the same condition — but the shop refused a refund or even store credit. A “no refund” policy is one thing, but refusing store credit for unused goods is unreasonable. Very disappointing experience. Stay away from this shop. Thanks again to Paul and his team. Always professional, friendly and fantastic service. We have been using Atlantis for 12 years,never a day were we couldn't use our pool, nothing too much trouble for Paul and the team! I CAN highly recommend Atlantis Pools!!
