Never had a problem with these guys. They are pretty helpful and never try the hard sell. Been using them for a couple of years now after a bad experience with another shop in the area.
Poor costumer service from lady out front and unwilling to help when it’s all self explanatory apparently. Went to Neptune Kallangur instead where they tested water and got all required product. A sale of over $200 in chemicals for a 5-10min transaction lost because of her poor service. Money better spent elsewhere.
Terrible customer service from the lady on the desk. Explained I was testing water for the first time and was basically laughed at for not knowing the answer to any questions she had, and for any questions I had about the water testing information. If you don't like helping people with their pools maybe you're in the wrong job.
Don’t use these guys, super arrogant and when asking for help understanding they treated us line we were complete idiots. Don’t ask for help… they’re not helpful
