Have been a regular customer of Atlantis Pools over many years for supply and install of new pool pumps, filters, chlorinator cells and control boxes, and pool robots. Service has always been prompt and responsive to my support requests. Highly recommend!
Always great service from Atlantis pool shop. They fitted my new salt chlorinator and did an excellent job from start to finish. Kylie honoured a quote from 8 months prior with no questions or issues, which I really appreciated. Paul came out to my house, completed the installation professionally without hidden or extra charges. Highly recommend!
Extremely poor customer service. I bought an item, didn’t use it at all, and returned it in the same condition — but the shop refused a refund or even store credit. A “no refund” policy is one thing, but refusing store credit for unused goods is unreasonable. Very disappointing experience. Stay away from this shop. If there is an option of 0 or half star, I would not give it a one star rating.
I had my pool salt cell replaced. The quote and timing were seamless and the technician was great. However, the quote for parts and installation only noted additional chemical costs to rebalance levels once the salt cell was installed. It did not disclose any separate servicing or maintenance fees. I was later charged a full pool maintenance fee on top of installation and chemicals. The Accounts team response when queried was very disappointing. Proceed with caution.
