really unhappy with the service and staff who attended, not friendly only concerned about making $$$$ and charged 125 for a 30 mins for explaining stuff as first pool owner and taking advantage of it and charged extra 114 for 4 bags of pool salt. Costing me a total of $239!! Total rip off!! NEVER AGAIN!!
Always good service
Never had a problem with these guys. They are pretty helpful and never try the hard sell. Been using them for a couple of years now after a bad experience with another shop in the area.
Poor costumer service from lady out front and unwilling to help when it’s all self explanatory apparently. Went to Neptune Kallangur instead where they tested water and got all required product. A sale of over $200 in chemicals for a 5-10min transaction lost because of her poor service. Money better spent elsewhere.
