Poor communication!!! Actually, no communication. Same thing, bought a 100k+ boat last year and crickets after trying to contact the now "new manager" to get help.
Go anywhere else but here if looking for a boat, horrible sales staff, no follow up. Horrible trade values. Negative stars
Do your research. This place has some of the worst reviews and rightly so. I bought a brand new boat from Atlantis with added extended warranty. 8 emails and 10+ phone calls over the course of three months have been ignored. Check Yelp, BBB and Google reviews. This place must be the worst managed business in the Okanagan.
Brent and Jake were great, very friendly and helpful.
