I had my white gold ring resized here, and the experience was very disappointing. The jeweler left many visible scratches on the ring and did not do the rhodium plating afterwards, leaving it looking yellow and unfinished. He also never informed me that after resizing the ring, it would turn yellow — which was very unprofessional. When I asked about the cost for rhodium plating, the price was much higher than other jewelers, and I was worried they might damage it again. I needed a to get a necklace fixed. I was expecting a couple days or a week to fix. I found Altlantis owned by Ted, He looked at the problem and said give me a few minutes,I was lucky that nobody was in the store and it was not that busy. In under 5 minutes the chain repaired and done. Ted is very personable and is passionate about his business. I will recommend anyone to go. Thanks again Ted!
Atlantis Jewelry is a great place! There are many beautiful pieces of jewelry on display, but there is so much more there! The owner of Atlantis Jewelry is a very skilled and experienced jeweler. He does all the work by himself in his store. I brought him an opal and asked him to create a ring to my design. It came out fantastic! I love it! I am absolutely recommending Atlantis Jewelry! I got great advice, great workmanship and a great unique piece of jewelry!
