I presented them with an old silver bracelet that had been tarnished through the ages. With the cleaning service, it came out looking as good as new. They treated it with care and did better than I expected.

I had my white gold ring resized here, and the experience was very disappointing. The jeweler left many visible scratches on the ring and did not do the rhodium plating afterwards, leaving it looking yellow and unfinished. He also never informed me that after resizing the ring, it would turn yellow — which was very unprofessional. When I asked about the cost for rhodium plating, the price was much higher than other jewelers, and I was worried they might damage it again. I needed a to get a necklace fixed. I was expecting a couple days or a week to fix. I found Altlantis owned by Ted, He looked at the problem and said give me a few minutes,I was lucky that nobody was in the store and it was not that busy. In under 5 minutes the chain repaired and done. Ted is very personable and is passionate about his business. I will recommend anyone to go. Thanks again Ted!
