Had a short change in plans on July 4th and everything were full my booked. Called this place and Mrs. Missy was AWESOME! Her customer service was 10/10! My friend also forgot her earbuds and Mrs. Missy called us letting us know. Mrs. Miss literally went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable!!! 🫶🏾☺️
The staff at the Atlantis Inn are always helpful and make our stay enjoyable. The hotel is clean and in the center of it all. The pool deck is also a plus!
Location is great and that’s a large reason we chose to bring the kids this time after a good experience on a couple’s getaway weekend last year. Unfortunately the pool was shutdown for renovation the entire 2 night/3 day stay. Management admitted to never notifying guests if this scheduled renovation that required city permits and inspections.
