It was Thanksgiving Day of 2006, Caregiver from another agency who should be helping my husband with personal care and hygiene has not arrived. After 2 hours of waiting, I called the agency and all I get is an answering machine. I went to the yellow pages and found an agency in the neighborhood, it was Atlantis Homecare.
