I found Atlantis through thumbtack and while they're a larger outfit than I generally work with they were great to work with. Brandon was professional and respectful of my time as he updated while working on my heat pumps.
Patrick and the Atlantis team were top tier in their delivery of information from initial on-site quote to scheduling to install. I always felt as though they wanted me to be informed and educated on the best solutions for my home. They went a step beyond as I was out of town when the install was done and Patrick was steadfast in providing updates and keeping the project going. Atlantis delivered on every promise they made. Wouldn’t suggest anyone else.
Extremely pleased with Patrick's communication, professionalism, friendliness and knowledge. The price of the unit was reasonable and the service excellent. The heat pump is new as of today and I'm hoping the unit proves to be as reliable as the company has been.
