Need to think about replacing your receptionist. This is the person that a customer first comes in contact with for your business. If it is a bad experience, it reflects on your business. Made an appt two weeks in advance. The day comes—-No one shows up and no one calls. I call back and leave a message about this. Needed work done, and was supposed to meet at the property at a specified time. They got there early, assumed what was needed and left without having a conversation. Then called and said they wouldn't do the work. I was looking forward to working with them, but this was a completely unprofessional way to do business.
I was in need of an electrician that would come out to Shellman Bluff, after being disappointed by an electrician who lied about his work area, I found Atlantis! They were very courteous and made my appointment within two days. Clark was on time and very knowledgeable and stayed until he found the problem with our breaker box and wiring. He was here for about 3 hours and very thorough with his diagnostic procedures. He fixed our system and remained polite during the whole ordeal. Above and beyond in every sense of the term - fantastic experience working with Clarke and his guys. They rewired our entire home built in the 30s and never missed a beat. I highly recommend them for large projects in older homes or anywhere for that matter!
