Arrived for appointment as scheduled, promised estimate by end of week. Never provided an estimate, never responded to email, never called back.
The company did good work to remodel our 3 bathrooms. They had good suggestions for how to lay out bathrooms, and how to turn a closet into a bathroom. They incorporated our suggestions into the design. There were a few problems with the construction including an improperly vented toilet and a problem with the exhaust vents. They came out to fix these problems and I'm now happy with the work. [Edit at the end] We've used Atlantis Design twice now and will continue to use them. They are prompt, professional, and their workers and very courteous and respectful. They did a fantastic job finishing our basement bathroom - it's now our favorite bathroom to use! They also repaired our front gate and it looks beautiful and functions well.
