Dr. Jason Goldthorpe is amazing! My 10-year-old son needed some fillings and was absolutely terrified about going to the dentist. Dr. Jason’s calm, caring, and gentle approach (especially how slowly and carefully he administered the freezing) made my son feel completely at ease. After the appointment, my son said, “I’m lucky to have Dr. Jason as my dentist.” On top of that, Dr. Jason always recommends fair treatments, never pushing anything extra - especially when it comes to kids. I highly recommend him!
Had an appointment for a 3D scan, but had to wait half an hour. Once ready, the assistant told me she has no idea how to operate the machine and also a software update is causing problems for them. When the scan started it started crushing my head (!) at which point the assistant aborted the scan, realizing the machine had to be calibrated. I had a wonderful experience at Atlantis Cambie! Dr. Aaron Phan has been so gentle and efficient with his work. I had a chipped tooth repaired a while ago and it was the most comfortable filling I have had to date. He is also replacing an old bridge for my front teeth. Today he was careful and thoughtful in removing the old bridge, again I felt very comfortable through the procedure. I am excited to return in a couple weeks to have my smile shine again with new front teeth 😁
I had the pleasure to see Dr. Tom and Dr. Jason. Both Doctors were amazing. Very friendly and professional. The receptionists, the assistants and the hygienists were also very pleasant people to be around with. The whole environment was very positive and wholesome.
