It’s a very nice location, offering spacious parking and a convenient proximity to the beach.
Condo itself is in a very good location but the condo was very out dated and very hot in there . The owner left a note to keep the thermostat on 74 in the middle of the summer . We set it to 72 because it was just too hot to sleep even with a fan on . The maintenance man to my husband that the iwner had the thermostat program to his phone and knew we change the setting and was upset about it . My friends and I stayed here last month. Everything about our condo was perfect. Our room was clean and had everything necessary so we didn’t have to eat out every day/night. The view, how easy it was to access the pool and beach areas. The elevators were clean and in working order. There was one morning where the fire alarms were being tested, we were warned in advance and the day of we were up and down to the beach so it didn’t phase us.
