Frank, the owner, is a good man. It rained heavily on the day I had my appointment so car washes have to cancel their appointments when the weather is uncooperative. Frank accidentally forgot to cancel mine because we had been communicating via text and he was juggling many responsibilities. So when I arrived, he wasn't there.
