We had a great experience at Atlantis Auto Plaza. My daughter was looking for her first car and this dealership had plenty of options in her price range. They were friendly, and let us look at multiple cars with no pressure. We ultimately purchased a 2015 Ford Explorer XLT at a fair price and they performed preventative maintenance (100,000 mile service) prior to us taking possession. I bought my first car from here, great experience. The people had lots of patience and answered all my questions (because I was a newbie). They let me test drive as many cars as I needed, and when it came to time of purchase they walked me through every step of the way. I love my car! Reasonable monthly payments! 10/10 would recommend!
Worst experience! I bought my wife a BMW from here days before Christmas that she fell in love with, so we go test drive it she loves it we take it home. First week the car idles rough we bring it in the say its a belt they change it still starts rough. I tell my wife to call the they tell her that's how BMW are! Like what? Really? We have owned BMW and they never start or idle rough First red flag! A month goes by and the car is losing coolant so we take it to have a flush and top off the coolant a week later coolant is low... read more
