We had a very disappointing experience purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. Shortly after buying a Toyota, we ran into serious issues that were not disclosed and ultimately had to return it. We later discovered the vehicle had been involved in a major accident, which was never disclosed to us during the sale (even on the carfax). The easiest and most stress free car buying experiences I've ever had. I've owned 30 vehicles so that should day something. The front caliper was frozen when I tried to test drive the vehicle. Most places would have just freed up the caliper and sent me on my way. They replaced the rotors, pads, and caliper without hesitation. I will absolutely be buying my next vehicle from here and recommending them to all my family and friends.
We had a great experience at Atlantis Auto Plaza. My daughter was looking for her first car and this dealership had plenty of options in her price range. They were friendly, and let us look at multiple cars with no pressure. We ultimately purchased a 2015 Ford Explorer XLT at a fair price and they performed preventative maintenance (100,000 mile service) prior to us taking possession.
