The VA sent me here for strep throat. It took a very long time to get checked in. I was finally seen by a nurse practitioner who was very nice and checked me out. She said I needed meds but it was never called in to my pharmacy!! I had to call them back to remind them!!! Unreal.
Child developed croup cough on vacation, our normal pediatrician sent me to urgent care. Was pleasantly surprised to find one so close to Cape May where we're staying (less than 10 min drive). I walked in and staff said there was a 2-3 hr wait since only one doctor working that day, I said it was fine and got checked in. I thought I was going to be stuck sitting there the whole time and was pleasantly surprised that we would get a call back so could go back to the house to wait. Every single time I have come to this urgent care, I do not leave with a sound mind. Today I happened to sprain my ankle and arrived at this urgent care around 3:40pm. As I am writing this review, it is 5:50pm and I still have not seen a doctor. They told me the wait was only an hour, two hours later and my entire ankle is swollen and no one has come in the room to take care of me. Never come here, it’s the same thing every single time.
