I am deeply disappointed in the lack of care and professionalism my family experienced. My 11-year-old son suffered a cut at the beach, and the Beach Patrol could not stop the bleeding. We were told to apply pressure and call ahead so the facility could prepare for stitches, but no one answered the phone—which I understand. On site labs taken and revealed nothing, was then suggested to use offsite lab and the results would be very important within 24 to 48 hours never received the results or a phone call email etc. weeks later we get a bill this is not the first time they’ve done this. I called and expressed to them. It’s like going to get your oil changed paying for it, but they don’t change your oil and frankly no one cares.

the lady with the blonde hair is extremely rude and sarcastic idk why someone with no empathy was hired to be a receptionist in a healthcare setting if your going to be rude to people.

Good luck getting seen in a reasonable amount of time. You might be in there for two hours with two people in front of you. Hope nobody comes in after you with "more serious injuries" or whatever. What a joke
