My daughter dislocated her elbow. I took her in and she was out and feeling better in less than 30 minutes. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Fastest medical visit I’ve ever had.
Very efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Came in after dislocating my shoulder for X-rays. Was in and out in 30 m. Jennifer, Mary, and Ben were attentive and thorough. Recommend going there if you do dumb beach stuff like me.
Saw me right away. Prescribed what I needed. I would recommend this urgent care to anyone needing to see a Dr right away.
I am deeply disappointed in the lack of care and professionalism my family experienced. My 11-year-old son suffered a cut at the beach, and the Beach Patrol could not stop the bleeding. We were told to apply pressure and call ahead so the facility could prepare for stitches, but no one answered the phone—which I understand. On site labs taken and revealed nothing, was then suggested to use offsite lab and the results would be very important within 24 to 48 hours never received the results or a phone call email etc. weeks later we get a bill this is not the first time they’ve done this. I called and expressed to them. It’s like going to get your oil changed paying for it, but they don’t change your oil and frankly no one cares.
