If I could have given a lower rating I would have! I’m the Phantom Patient!!! First I make an appointment in CMCH, no one tells me the office has moved. Second I want/need a UA (purpose of visit) — no report - lost specimen—hmmm — than #3 I call AMI to setup Ultrasound—- they have NO record of orders —hmmm again! Finished!!!!

When I went in from having a kidney stone and I have a stent in I thought that they would have to go over me to make sure I was still okay cuz I was bleeding a lot and in severe pain doctor said the blood is normal and the stent is fine I thought he would checked on me make sure everything was OK didn't just talked for 3 mins n left the staff is so miserable then I need an appointment to get it taken out for surgery and it was a month away are you kidding me a month away I've already had the stent in for 3 4 weeks but I gues... read more
The people of check in we're very attentive very patient and polite. The doctor's assistant was very polite outgoing bubbly and both the doctor and the patient had caring personalities I felt comfortable in their care and knew that I was in the right place
