I scheduled my well visit several months prior. I began experiencing symptoms of a UTI. I kept appointment as it isn’t contagious. My appointment was confirmed via text. I showed up 15 min before which they ask. The receptionist said a cancellation voicemail was left that day as Dr was not in. By this time I was in major pain , signs of fever and exhausted. Dr. Hutchinson is the absolute best. I recently had moved and drive over an hour and half just see her. I certainly hope Atlanticare appreciates their team members and remember that patients can go anyone where they choose…the only reason they go to Atlanticare is because they have a trusted provider. Again, I only go to this location and Atlanticare because of Dr.Hutchinson.
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! THEY SCHEDULE 5 PEOPLE AT THE SAME TIME FOR ONE FREAKING DOCTOR!!!! YOU WAIT FOR AN HOUR AND HALF IN THE WAITING ROOM IF NOT LONGER! AND THEN WAIT IN THE ROOM FOR OVER 40 MINS TILL THE DOCTOR FINALLY DECIDES TO COME IN AND SEE YOU! SO UNPROFESSIONAL! OLD LADY AT THE FRONT IS NASTY. DO NOT COME HERE!!!
The absolute worst front desk receptionists. I called for my first physical appt not realizing I was an inconvenience making their phones ring. So rude and nasty. Please do better
Dr. Hutchison is one of the best doctors I’ve ever had in my life and I will be devastated when she eventually retires. The staff here are competent, caring, and professional. I’ve never had a bad experience with this practice and am taken back by some of the other reviews as the things written in them have never happened to me. This is a wonderful practice and I’ll continue to go here for life if able.
