If I could give them 0 I would. I had and appt. At 3:30pm on 9/23. I set this appt. 4 months ago, and had to lose a day of pay. I arrived at 3:00. Checked in, paid copay and sat patient waiting to be called. At 4:15 I went to desk and asked about the wait. They took my name, asked who checked me in, than said they had to get their office manager. The person who took my copay- didn't check me in right and the Dr. Who was to perform the test left.
