This office is terrible. I honestly dont know how this office is still open with their lack of competency. They must be losing patients left and right. You call, you get the runaround. You leave a message in the patient portal, you get no response. WTH???
I don't ever write negative reviews and I do undertstand it was a holiday but not even in the 10 days since I first messaged the office, did I ever get a response. My hormones tanked and I hadn't slept in weeks and weeks. Had to get my psych. dr. involved to help with my sleep. Called another ob/gyn and got in 2 days later. People aren't just numbers and deserve to be listened to.

Waited 1 hour. Dr. Bolton then entered my room letting me know he was very sick. He was not wearing a mask. Dr Bolton was wiping his nose during my evaluation and looked Extremely sick. This was very irresponsible and inconsiderate to me and all his patients. I was honestly shocked during my entire visit with him because of sick he looked.
