Call before going. 3rd time I’ve gone now that says online and on their door open till 8pm. All three times were closed at 5 o’clock with nothing saying why. Don’t waste your time

Before I decided on this urgent care to go to I checked the website to see if they treated asthma like symptoms, and they do.I go in without asking me what is wrong, I'm told hour wait sign in, go wait in the car.I saw no one inside or out in cars. I do that. I get a call to register. Another call from the nurse, I tell her my symptoms, she said we will be with you soon.now I see the doctor She says You should have not come here we can't treat you. Do not use this location I paid my co-pay of $75 and they kept sending me bills saying I owe them $75. each time I called they’re billing department they said they would correct it I sent them a copy of the receipt and a copy from my bank saying I paid them the $75 but months later I would get another bill in the mail and go through the same process now they sent it to collections
