To the receptionist who had a major attitude bc I called my primary to get a copy of my insurance card politely, find a new job. Trying to assume I am telling my dr you said you can't take me. HONEY! I don't put words in my mouth. Idk who you think you are but if you want to be anywhere near patients get an attitude adjustment I will give it right back to you! I won't accept disrespect.
If you like sitting in your car for hours without having spoken to anyone at all, just sign a sheet and go outside and wait in 23 degree weather! then this is your place. When I came in to check and make sure that I will eventually get seen, 3 different staff members were far less than professional.
Updated hours of operation on Google page and a sign on the door stating that the office location moved would be very helpful.
The staff were all wonderful. I had my almost 2 year old with me and they did everything they could to make it a good experience for him.
Been waiting 2 hours in my car today and still 4 ahead of me. Ridiculous!! Leaving now.
