Horrible customer service. Staff does nothing but talk in the back when there are limited customers waiting. Over an hour wait with 3 waiting people.
FYI - their site says they close at 3:30 but they actually close at 3:00pm! Make note.
lady with hispanic accent was absolutely rude and unprofessional via phone with questions i had and was not clear on answering then. i was sweet and polite the whole time. she had zero patience and hung up on me.
