Horrible customer service. Came here to reapply, they had me just go over my old application and re-sign. Spent multiple hours here then left to bring a money order to get the application started. They ran my application took my money then Told me they can’t take my Old application and I have to come back to reapply. Their hours are till four I work till five every day. Finally got around to coming after taking some time offjust to hear that I have to be charged once again for inconveniencing them.
We’ve either been visiting residents or renting at this property for 20+ years. This year the condo is performing renovation from the hurricane two years ago. Construction has been outside our patio all month. The day before we arrived I called the property manager to inquire on the construction. She asked “how do you know about it”? I then asked how long we’ll be disrupted. She said “about a week, but we’ll just have to see” (it’ll be all of June in reality).
