We’ve either been visiting residents or renting at this property for 20+ years. This year the condo is performing renovation from the hurricane two years ago. Construction has been outside our patio all month. The day before we arrived I called the property manager to inquire on the construction. She asked “how do you know about it”? I then asked how long we’ll be disrupted. She said “about a week, but we’ll just have to see” (it’ll be all of June in reality). Great beach access. Lovely condo. Quiet and friendly people. Very safe area. Pool could've been kept cleaner, but it wasn't terrible. We enjoyed our stay very much
