The management is extremely disorganized and possibly dishonest. They continue to charge me unfairly for not giving notice, even though I have proven this multiple times via email, and they still haven't returned my deposit. I received several emails asking me to move my car from my own parking space, for lack of organization. The building is dirty; they don't clean the apartment hallways, the garbage collection policy isn't enforced, you see garbage bags at any time of day or night, 7 days a week, which is embarrassing for ... read more
I absolutely loved my experience when I came and toured this place! Everyone was so nice, welcoming, and answered all of my questions. It is a beautiful complex located in such a convenient and beautiful location.
Love that Charlie is here now taking care of us! Love the property and how quiet it is! Having the HEB right next door is also a plus!
Vercanta at Burleson is an absolutely wonderful place with an amazing community, led by the incredible team of leasing managers, Laurel and Dianna. These two ladies are going above and beyond with passion and dedication that can be felt from the incredible community events to the wonderful seasonal decorations in the Clubhouse. Big shout out to Laurel and Dianna! Not to forget the lightning-fast maintenance crew, led by Ernie!
