Since India stepped in as the manager at Atlantica, this property has done a complete 360. She came in with structure, urgency, and a clear plan, and you can see the results already. The pool, the gym, pest control, overall maintenance — everything is finally being handled the right way and in a timely manner. Some people may not like the changes, but they were long overdue. I WOULD NOT INVITE NO ONE TO LIVE IN THESE APARTMENTS. AFTER MRS. LINDA LEFT IT BECAME TERRIBLE NOT THE SAME. AND PLUS IF YOU LIVE IN ONE FIRST FLOOR YOU CAN HEAR ALL KIND OF CRAZY WALKING LOTS OF LOUD MOVEMENTS THUMBING AND A BUMPING FROM UP ABOVE. CAN'T REST OR SLEEP IN PEACE. PLEASE THINK BEFORE MOVING IN.

The office staff is extremely professional. The property manager India was very helpful. When I called to inquire about the property they were very friendly and sneered on the first ring. The tour was amazing the model unit was up to par. I would recommend this property. The outside and landscaping was very nice. Great upkeep of the property.

I was told this was a second chance property. My fiance applied by himself and was still denied without a reason as to why. He came in the office one day to see if it was approved being we haven’t received a call or anything. He walks in and the young tells him No it was denied and that was it. I think he needs answers as to why. Hell he paid 2,500 a month at the town center for 2 years vs. whatever the small amount is at this property and was still denied. Horrible manager, she messed up and told the maintenance men that my apartment was empty had I not been here they would have broken in she will not call me back but text my husband lol just poorly managed and roach invested ghetto!!! Also no pool!!!
