I had a really bad experience with this vending machine. I bought a snack, but it got stuck and didn’t come out. I paid for another one to try and get the first to drop, and I ended up with both—but they were both expired. It’s unacceptable to sell expired products, and the machine not working properly just made it worse. I not only wasted my money, but I was also concerned about eating something past its expiration date. I hope they address the maintenance issues and take better care of product quality. I will not disclose what location this was,all I can say is were I've seen this company in action they really cut corners , product selection is horrible and barely any healthy choices , machines not well stocked with such unprofessional service I dont believe they deserve to be in the buissnes if you don't believe me read the other reviews

Went to the one in SAMS 2 and I got charged 140$ for one packet, 3 different charges 55,65 and 30,total bullshit, RIP off
Wish I could give 0 stars - the Owner JOE KUPS is the nastiest person to speak with. After having the same vending machines in the busy location for 15+ years, I called for months to get them upgraded after calling so many time I finally was able to speak with Joe. However he was very rude I asked if he would be able to update our vending machines and he explained rudely I would have to wait 2 additional weeks or in 2 weeks he would come pick up the vending machines as my LOCATION was not a high volume spot!
