My husband goes there. I went there two times. I wanted to change to same urologist my husband has. Robin said it was not allowed. I could only see a PA or NP if I didn’t want to see original doctor I saw two times. I tried to explain my reason and she hung up on me. I was an RN for 40 years never saw such unprofessional behavior. I will go somewhere else and recommend that my husband do the same
Saw Dr Guleria, without notice that my doctor was changing from my insurance referral. He was dismissive and didn’t listen to my needs. I informed him of previous care and plan for treatment and he was pretty anti bladder Botox and I informed him of not being interested in medications due to trying to become pregnant with a scheduled IVF baseline apt on August 8 (less than 3 weeks away). I had an appointment scheduled for today. I arrived at their old location only to find they had moved. I never received any notification that they had moved or that my appointment was not moved into their schedule. So today was a total waste of time. Now I can’t get an appointment until July. Time to find another practice.
My son who is 9 years old was referred by A ED doctor from Novant Upon meeting doctor Bennett a second time I find he was just as rude as the first time I met him he is without a doubt the nastiest attitude. I was trying to talk to him about my son ED visit over a week ago I will never go back there again 0 stars
