I had an appointment scheduled for today. I arrived at their old location only to find they had moved. I never received any notification that they had moved or that my appointment was not moved into their schedule. So today was a total waste of time. Now I can’t get an appointment until July. Time to find another practice.
My son who is 9 years old was referred by A ED doctor from Novant Upon meeting doctor Bennett a second time I find he was just as rude as the first time I met him he is without a doubt the nastiest attitude. I was trying to talk to him about my son ED visit over a week ago I will never go back there again 0 stars
Very poorly managed practice. I called for weeks and could not get someone to answer or return a call so I switched doctors within the practice. Then the new doctor says they can treat me for the same things as the previous doctor.
Dr. Marks was awesome, he walked me through the entire process of my vasectomy beforehand, didn't spring anything on me and explained what he's gonna do before he did it. The procedure was over before I even knew it! Dr. Marks asked me what kind of music I like, and put it on during the procedure. I appreciate all the accommodations to make me as comfortable as possible, everything went off without a hitch. I had a great experience.
