Telephone auto attendant will not ever connect to anyone or a VM. It goes dead. Office manager in South Strand area is rude. She even volunteered to cancel all of my follow up appointments after I posed a question about a previous one. So I said absolutely. If all of that doesn't bother you and you don't mind waiting at least an hour before going into exam room to wait more, maybe this is the place for you.
