I’ve been a patient at Atlantic Urology for some time now, and while I’ve had positive experiences with certain providers, I’ve become increasingly concerned with the amount of turnover in their staff. It’s frustrating to be rescheduled repeatedly, as consistency is very important when it comes to personal health care. My recent appointment with Jeramy went very well. He offered advice on how to use preventative measures in dealing with recurring UTI’s and cystitis.
Very disappointed. I arrived at the Carolina Forest location 15 minutes early so that I could register etc. I then waited to be seen. There were a number of patients sitting in the waiting room apparently for the same Dr i was to see. After an hour, I asked how much longer only to be called back a few minutes later. I was asked to provide a urine sample even though I wasn’t there for that type on appointment. The tech had no knowledge of the medications I was on, seemingly with no medical background. I liked Dr Rich—he was easy to talk to and informative.
I have seen Dr. Booher several times now and have been very pleased with her medical advice and her attention to my complaints and comments. It's nice to have a doctor who actually listens and cares. I'm happy to have her helping me deal with my kidney and bladder issues.
