The staff is terrible. The office manager "Tony" sets the pace for their rude and nasty behavior, as she's the same way. I sat and watched them harass a poor, pathetic old gal born in 1930, all because she got confused about her appointment date. They took joy in showing documentation how the poor old soul was wrong, instead of helping her. By the time I got to the desk, I was given a hard time over my insurance, so I walked out!
