This AUI office is the best urology office I have been to in this part of Florida. I receive plenty of notifications from the office about check-ins. The new app makes things much smoother. Dr Rafai is excellent. He ordered several tests to address my concerns on my first visit. He is also friendly and down-to-earth.
Great medical professionals who were very general during my last cystoscopy procedure. I appreciate their diligence and care.

It was a very good visit, Lisa explained procedures very throughly that could help my incontience, and provided reading material, so that I can made a confident decision in a solution for my incontinence, I really appreciated her patience and throughly explaining everything!
Very hard-working and committed to her job and the health of her patients. Knowledgeable and personable. She is very easy to work with and make sure that you understand what comes next before you leave. Highly recommend her.
