I am a 69-year-old woman, and I feel compelled to warn others — especially seniors — about how disgracefully I was treated by this office. I had an appointment scheduled for 11:00 AM at the Rockaway office with Dr. Shaun Adair. Due to heavy traffic and delays with my Uber, I called the office in advance to let them know I would be a few minutes late.
