I was asked for a drivers license ID for a $20 deposit to my account which I had to go to my car to retrieve. The account didn’t show account holder’s name. Not to mention the depositing process took 5 minutes. I’ve been with Atantic Union bank for over 25 years and realized this bank location at Tyson’s have been very disappointing numerous times.
They were very helpful. I highly recommend.
We have been long time members at Atlantic Union Bank, and will only go to the Tysons Branch because they do a great job in customer service.
