I wish i could give 0 star to Katlynn Dancy persoal banker. I went in at the brach 1st of july to get my proof of fund letter. I didn't want to provide bank statement to them. And her answer was that Atlantic Union dosen't provide proof of fund letter. Same letter i get it from Salem Virginia brach. Hopefully she don't get to promote or get more power to wytheville brach. I usvally do my banking in Salem virgina brach. Only reason I went to wytheville brach because i was in the area.
Even though the women in the drive thru know I am authorized as a payer on my boyfriend's car loan account they have been terrible each time to me. Then told me I'm no longer allowed to use the drive thru to make a payment, since I'm not a customer. Knowing full and well I am the reason this payment has been made most months. Best believe once we pay this car off we will never again take a loan that goes through this bank. Absolutely the worst bankers I've ever dealt with.
